Your data is held securely and you can, at any time, request removal of any data provided from our systems.Otherwise, your data is held securely for a period of time (usually 2 years for quotations and enquiries and 15 years for supplied products/installations) – this is so that we can honour any guarantees and contact you regarding any safety critical info rmation relevant to the SafaDeck system.

When processing payments over the telephone, we do not store your card details – payments are processed through an established and reputable provider’s secure web portal. Online payments are processed by an established and reputable provider – we do not have access to any data such as card details.

We do not sell, disclose or otherwise provide your information to any third parties unless this is necessary for performance of any contract between us and other essential business function (for example, a sub-contractor (if applicable), couriers (for deliveries), accountants etc) or we are required to do so by operation of law.
